I am an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Colorado. I have experience working with small business and startups in the areas of entity selection, formation, funding, interacting with investors, compliance, and risk management. I also have experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and contract drafting, including independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and software licenses.
