I have had a lifetime of health and nutrition education and over 20 years of work and volunteer experience in the medical field.
I have been very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such diverse populations, which prepared me to become a better person.
I love to help and empower other people. This is why I will forever be growing and expanding my own inner ability. I am content with myself but will never be satisfied. This will keep me going and going.
