Bio
I started my zero waste revolution in March of 2018, after feeling helpless about how we, as humans, were affecting the Earth. I realized my family was producing one 14 gallon sized bag of trash EVERY SINGLE DAY! I kept feeling terrible about the huge impact I was having on the Earth, but also helpless. How could one person really affect anything? That's when I heard about the Zero Waste Movement. I realized that maybe one person can't change the world, but every person is "one person." If every person made one small change that would have a huge impact! Not only that, bit every little bit counts, and that applies towards the positive and the negative. I got inspired and started a very long transition into leading a zero waste lifestyle and discovered so many noticeable health benefits along the way. Now, I'm hooked!
With this blog I hope to share with you what changes I've made, and how they have an impact on me and my health, and the Earth.
