I am a wellness speaker & author of Banish Burnout Toolkit, focusing on stress and burnout. I help leaders and teams banish burnout in their organizations so they can come to work healthy & happy.
My audiences include both association events as well as employee development days.
Additionally I lead Zumba Fitness classes to people of all ages & am AFAA-certified (Aerobics Fitness Association of America).
I have been dancing my whole life and have studied with many great choreographers, including Michael Peters, who directed and appeared in "Beat It" with Michael Jackson and the late Ed Mock, who taught me how to feel the beat.
I decided to teach Zumba Fitness in Contra Costa County to help others get and stay in shape, while having fun with the sassy beat of Latin music.
