Articles page: organize articles by category then labels

  I would like to ensure that my ‘Articles’ page – this is the page on which my most recent articles appear – is reorganized by category so that the visitor can choose the category of articles they want to read. And if possible add a cloud of the labels that I use on my blog. How can I do this?
