Bug following switch from premium to business then refund

    Hi everyone,

    I upgraded today my premium plan to business plan with an extension Motopress Hotel Booking. After having activated the extension. My homepage was deleted/modified. Since this extension and plan was « too much » for me. I asked for a refund but now the homepage is still empty and my website is redericted to this adress with wpcomstaging. The plan now seems to be business and not premium anymore. And when I want to pay again for premium it says that it is impossible.. I really need some help but since my plan appears to be the « free » one now it is impossible to get wordpress help on the matter.
