Can not access admin of premium account only of free one

    Something changed to the site 2 weeks ago, but now I can no longer log in into the premium wordpress website. The URL does work (or not exist) and I can only get access to the dashboard of wordpress.org. I see the domain name correctly there but can not do anything with it. The site is hosted by another supplier with a wordpress pack, but I don’t know how to get the site back up and running.
