can’t upload .mov videos anymore
-
Hello,
I have purchased a 5GB upgrade space in February 2008 (reniewed in February 2009) and used to be able to upload .mov video files with it. Now I can’t, and I read I would need to buy videoPress to do it, which is much more expensive.
If this true ? And if it is, how come ?
It’s like saying, ok now you’ve paid for this service (the 5GB upgrade I bought and reniwed), we’re not going to provide it anymore until you pay again… very confusing.
Also, if this is true, I read in the http://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/ page the following :
« To upload and embed videos directly onto your blog, you need to purchase VideoPress. The new policy is active since May 6, 2009. All video blogs with active space upgrade before or on May 6, 2009 automatically receive a 1-year free VideoPress subscription. »
My account has been active since February 2008. How come I still can’t upload videos ?
Many thnaks for answers,

Hello,
I think you’d better go and see over there → http://en.forums.wordpress.com
That’s for sure a better place, if you have an english WordPress.Com blog.
Otherwise, if you have a self-hosted blog (using the free WordPress software) you should post in the WordPpress.Org Forums → http://wordpress.org/support :) -
Thank you, That’s where I went first. But didn’t find the answer I was looking for. Is there any way to contact wordpress directly to get some tech support ? Couldn’t find that either.

Oh, okay:-s
Yes, sure. Here is the CONTACT link to WordPress.com, tech support. Good luck :)
