[Doublon] Categories

  Hello everyone,

  It’s been hours that I’m on a problem that annoys me a little. Formerly it seems to me that going in Settings> Writing> Categories and that we could move our categories easily to put them in the order we wanted. Now, forced to go through the right drop down menu. However, there is a problem with my categories and since then, impossible to delete them or move them. Indeed, when I click delete, it does not matter at all. When I put ‘put without parent category’, it does not work, worse they tell me that the name of this category already exists when there is only one. Same thing for the labels.

  Would you have a solution please?
  I have already tried to delete the cache, clear cookies, etc …
  I already tried with another browser.
  I already tried with the WordPress App on PC.

  Désolé pour le doublon.. j’étais sur le support anglais, mais visiblement ça renvoie sur le support FR..

  En effet, si vous n’avez pas de plan payant, le formulaire de contact dirige automatiquement vers le forum communautaire de votre langue.

  Je viens de vous donner la marche à suivre pour joindre le personnel dans votre sujet initial. Vous n’aurez qu’à copier-coller votre texte anglais.
