Connexion à mon site WP / Trying to connect to a WP website

  Bonjour,

  Je vous explique la situation. Je travaille sur la partie communication d’un client, dans ce cadre, j’ai besoin d’accéder au backoffice de son site WordPress.
  Mon client, pas très à l’aise sur internet, passait par un freelance pour gérer son site internet et ne connaissait donc pas ses identifiants WordPress. Malheureusement ce prestataire a eu de graves soucis de santé et il n’est maintenant plus joignable… sans nous avoir donnés les identifiants pour accéder au site de mon client.
  Je suis donc bloqué pour me connecter au site de mon client, sans les identifiants, ni accès à la messagerie qui permettrait de réinitialiser facilement le mot de passe. Comment puis-je faire ?

  My client, not very comfortable on the Internet, used a freelance to manage his website and therefore did not know his WordPress credentials. Unfortunately, this provider had serious health problems and is now unreachable… without having given us the login and password to access my client’s site.
  So I am blocked to connect to my client’s site, without the login and password, nor access to the mailbox that would allow me to easily reset the password. What can I do?
