domain mapping

  Hello,

  Could you help me with this please ?

  Once in a while (every 20 minutes or so), my website break down giving me this error message :

  “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ”

  Then after approximately 15 minutes, It goes back up, functioning normally.
  It is a little bit annoying and I tried every solutions i could find, like clearing DNS cache and my chrome’s cache and history.

  I first bought my domain on namecheap and hosted my website on wordpress.com with a premium plan. Then I canceled the premium plan, got my refund and moved my hosting on namecheap. Finnally I installed WordPress through Cpanel.

  Therefore, I must have nothing to do with WordPress.com anymore but the tricky part is that the link associated with “log in” in the error message forwards me to the wordpress.com sign up page.

  I would really appreciate your help on this one.

  Quelle est l’adresse du site concerné SVP?

  Cette adresse-là affiche bel et bien un site WordPress hébergé ailleurs que sur WordPress.com.

  N’oubliez pas qu’il faut compter jusqu’à 48 heures pour que le nom de domaine affiche uniquement votre nouveau site. Il est tout à fait normal qu’entre-temps, le nom de domaine affiche à l’occasion l’ancien site WordPress.com (ou un message d’erreur).
