Getting the hell off of word press and getting a refund

    I want to get off word press and get my money back. I paid 48 euros and then was told my domain would not be up until two months later. I am also having a problem in that I was on wordpress before and have a site i now want to delete so i can start a new site and link it to my domain name. I have gotten no help from word press with this. In addition, there is no way to reach the company or talk to anyone on the phone. I just joined 4 days ago. I want my money back I want off of this site.
