google does not send to the right site

  Hello,
  A month ago, I’ve changed the url of my site from ph0.art.blog to eliek.art.blog. The problem is that, if someone types my name on google, google still gives him the link to ph0.art.blog, which doesn’t exist anymore! How can I change that, so that people can access my new website by typing my name on google?
