[Doublon] how can i change my blog name and delete what was previously in the blog?

  I just joined word press and paid 48 euros. First, I was then told that my domain name would not be available until mid-April. This is unacceptable. I had previously started a blog ‘The last time I saw Paris’ which i now want to delete. My new blog is titled ‘Bro on the Global Television Beat.’ How do i delete the name and content of the old blog and start the new one? Once i have done this how do i direct traffic to this blog? Also, why the delay of 2 months before the domain name is effective? I would also like to know given this was not told to me until after i joined if i can get off word press and get a refund. Thanks
