I can’t get my site to work.

    Hi, I purchased my website. After a migration, I see a Jetpack window open, and I can’t connect my Google account. Even when I manage to log in, the Jetpack window just keeps opening and asking me to sign in. There are menus where it says « I don’t have permission, » or the Jetpack window simply opens.

    I understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’ve just started your site and the Jetpack window is blocking access to your dashboard. Don’t worry, this is a known issue that can sometimes happen after a migration, and we can help with it.

    I’ve checked your site, camshoppingroup.com, and I can see that it’s now connected with Jetpack. It looks like it may have resolved automatically. Could you please try again and see if you’re able to access your site now, including the settings you mentioned?

    When I tried to post the screenshots here for you to see, I was told I didn’t have permission. Give me your email address and I’ll send them to you, but I did what you said; I sent the screenshots to help@wordpress.com yesterday, but no one has replied yet.

  • Hi @mosscam88, Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I reviewed them and was able to confirm the Jetpack connection issue.

    I’m happy to let you know that I’ve fixed it for you. You should now be able to log in again, access the site normally, and the Jetpack error should no longer appear.

    When you have a moment, could you please check on your end and confirm that everything is working as expected now?
