I’m experiencing an issue with my WooCommerce checkout process on my site. When a product is added to the cart and I attempt to proceed to the checkout, I am presented with the message ‘Avez-vous un code promo? Cliquez ici pour saisir votre code’, but there seems to be no option to proceed with the payment or any further actions.
I’ve verified that the checkout settings in WooCommerce are correctly configured and I have also shared a screenshot of the settings for further clarity. Despite this, the problem persists.
Could you please assist me in diagnosing and resolving this issue?

Thanks for getting in touch! I’ve worked through a sample checkout on your site but wasn’t able to replicate the same thing. In our side, the checkout page does indeed show the billing, shipping and payment details. Here’s a screenshot of what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/n8oNVT
With this in mind, if you’re still seeing the same thing, please do the following:
- Share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side;
- Share the exact steps needed to replicate the same behaviour.
