mon site est off line

    my site was created by a third party who didn’t leave the login details/passwords/card number etc…
    I have been in touch with some people in the US who were asking for info some of the details I do not have.
    It’s been offline since May and we haven’t managed to get any help at all.
    I am now able to get into my profile and to see my website but I still can’t publish it. I was on a FOC plan since March 2017 – does it mean that I must start paying a plan now?
