Plan Upgrade : can I pay only the difference?

  Hello,

  I have subcribed to a personnal plan (4€/mth) and now want to upgrade to a prenium one (4€30/mth). Should not I pay only the difference? I’m surprised by the amount I have to pay. Or shoud I pay and then ask for a refund?
