Problème achat nom de domaine

  Let me explain my situation :
  In January, I registered on WordPress. I subscribed to a formula. Among the proposed formulas, all include the purchase of a domain name. I bought a domain name, ibd-store.com. After thinking, I decided to go to another host, and I subsequently delete my site. Except that when I decided to go through OVH to buy the domain name, the customer service replied that the domain name is still blocked by WordPress and the code ‘authInfo code 14’ which was given to me by following to unlock on OVH doesn’t work. Can you help me ?
