[Doublon] purchase disabled and domain name disapeared

    Hello, I earlier bought a domain name and a business plan to my site. I also added a gsuite email account succesfully. To my suprise after an hour it all dissapeared and I noticed my purchase was reimburse by wordpress and disabled.
    When I wrote to the wordpress team they replied
    “Thanks for reaching out. We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, however, your site is online and you may use it for free for as long as you’d like without upgrades.”
    I dont know what has happened to the domain name but i really need it.It was at first dfctrading.com now its dfctrading,,,,,@wordpress.com.

    I’ve been with WordPress for years with no complaints or problems until now.
    I just want to upgrade my plan and get this new site going. Help me please.
    The blog I need help with is dfctrading.wordpress.com.
