    Hello WordPress support,

    I need assistance recovering access to my domain majesty-cleaners.fr. I originally purchased it through Hostinger, but I no longer have access to the WordPress admin dashboard or domain management tools.

    I still receive automated emails confirming plugin updates and site activity, which suggests the domain is active and still pointing to a WordPress install.

    However, I believe the domain may have been registered or configured by a third-party developer who used their own credentials or hosting account.

    🔹 I can provide proof of domain purchase if needed.

    🔹 I would like to either:

    – regain full admin access to the WordPress site, or

    – transfer the domain to a WordPress.com account that I fully control.

    Could you please advise me on the steps to recover the domain or transfer it?
