    Dear customer service,

    I am reaching out to formally request a refund due to my total dissatisfaction with your services. Despite multiple calls and attempts to resolve the issues, I am still not satisfied with the service provided.

    I kindly ask you to take the necessary steps for a full refund, or at the very least, a partial refund as compensation for this unacceptable experience. Please note that I will not let this matter go unresolved.

    I expect a prompt response and resolution.
