Safe Mode – Woocommerce Elementor Pro – Shop page only
-
Hi,
I have an issue with one of the page of my website : the shop.
It’s not loading properly and I have to go on the Safe Mode to be able to edit it.
I tried all the tutorials I found on Elementor website:
- updating the addons
- deactivating the addons
- updating the theme
What is strange is that it only affects my shop page. The other pages are working properly. It’s problematic because it seems all the edits I’m doing on the page are not saved due to this.
Could you help on that?
Thank you so much!
Laura

I don’t have the issue when I deactivate the Woocommerce extension.
Any idea what I could do to be able to edit my shop page without the safe mode in that case?
Thank you so much for your help

Hello, no I haven’t. Do you have the same issue? Were you able to find any solution?
Thank you for your help

Feedback from Elementor Pro support team:
The shop page can not be edited directly with Elementor. There is a little workaround for this matter; create a new blank page, and in the Woocommerce/Settings/Products, select this new blank page in the dropdown menu. Return to Pages; now you can edit the Shop page (Boutique).
The best practice of building a Woocommerce shop is well explained in this tutorial https://elementor.com/academy/building-an-online-store-with-woocommerce/.
