SSL not working even if external domain is mapped

    Hi,

    The ssl certificate isn’t installed on my website even if the A reccord of my external domain name are pointing the WP server IP since 5 days now and it’s always marked as pending. How to force the SSL to regenerate ? Thanks for your help
