Website doesn’t work with French Internet Connection

    Hello,
    I’ve been experiencing a very strange issue since yesterday. An error page saying ‘site inaccessible’ / ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED appears when trying to connect with a regular French internet connection (at my place, my neighbor’s, and even at my parents’ 200 kilometers away).
    I don’t have this problem with my phone on a 4G/5G network; everything works perfectly. I asked some foreign friends to connect from abroad, and it worked fine for them as well. I also tried connecting through a VPN, and that also worked.
    I absolutely cannot figure out where the issue might be coming from, and I’m seeking help.
