Wherre is the support for ‘premium’ plan ?

If you have Premium, Business, or Commerce plan, please use the contact form for live chat and email support.All i see is post in the forum.
I have problems importing my website from my webhost, i’ve been trying for hours now and always i have failures.
I checked the list of plugins that is hould not use, i have none.
right now i’m blocked i can’t import my website using the plugin ‘move to wordpress.com’.
How to fix this ?
