Domain not working

  I have paid my annual fee and I have a paid plan. I have also paid for my domain but it is not working. The address that appears is actually ajheriscom.wordpress.com. I’m also confused about why there is another name on my profile like edin6828 which makes me confused. I’m so tired of all this because you guys ask me to pay and I pay but it seems like my site settings are getting messed up. It is very difficult to trace the domain address on the internet. Can you help check?
