Is it possible to ask old data fram website that already removed here?

Hi, I am helping the owner of this site on WordPress to migrate to other. Based from what I know from my client, they said their said here had been blocked by WordPress since it violates some rules.
If that happened to their website here, is it still possible to downloads data from database. Or the other scenario, WordPress already deleted/droped all tables. -
