My account is blocked and I can’t create a new site

    Hello WordPress Support,

    I need help regarding my site and account. My account has been blocked, and I can no longer create a new website or access my previous site (komnetra.wordpress.com). Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification or email explaining the reason for this action.

    I suspect that the suspension might be related to my previous actions—creating and deleting multiple sites (around 6 times) in a short period. If that behavior triggered your automated system, I sincerely apologize. I had no intention of violating any rules, and I was simply testing different site setups for learning purposes.

    Please kindly help me with the following:

    1. The exact reason why my account has been suspended or blocked.

    2. Whether my account or access to site creation can be restored.

    3. Any steps I can take to recover my account or avoid such issues in the future.

    This account is very important to me, especially for educational and personal projects. I truly appreciate your assistance.
