My WP doesnt have WP address (URL) & Site Address (URL) settings option

    Just like i said, why does my WordPress has none of these config options, it was supposed to be under the settings > general menu right below the tagline right, they are ‘WordPress Address (URL)’ and ‘Site Address (URL)’
    These options are unavailable on my WordPress, why is that?
