account recovery with lost 2FA and backup codes

    Hello,
    i lost access to another account were i have woocommerce payment info.
    2 weeks agos my phone was stolen and i lost acces to authenticator and backup codes.
    I tried to fullfill the recovery form but there is a field ‘What is the URL of the specific blog you are contacting us about?’ where it wants to know the address of my blog, if i put my website domain it says it is not valid as it is not hosted in wordpress…so how am i supped to fullfill and send the form?
