business plan downgrade

    Hello

    a little while ago with WordPress customer service I downgraded the site and now I have the $ 8 plan.
    But after almost an hour I only see the articles of 2018, the new articles from 2019 to 2021 are not there, the urls are giving an article not found error.

    Can you tell me what’s happening? Customer care no longer responds after the change and I can’t wait 24 hours
