can I use WP and Woocommerce for my social networking website?

  Hello, could you please tell me if I can use WP and the plugin Woocommerce as follows? Here is a simple example (using fictitious names and services) of how this social network will work: one member (John) lists on his profile a certain service (for example, 5 bed-rooms at his own home for July 20); another member (Frank) books 1 of these 5 bed-rooms for that date, so that the resulting balance on John’s profile will 4 bed-rooms for July 20 still available; now Franck can pay to John for this 1 bed-room using credit card or Paypal, and for security reasons this sum will be “frozen” in John’s account and transferred to him on July 21 (the day after service).

  So, I’d like to know if WP and the plugin Woocommerce:

  1) allow users to list and sell services
  2) allow other users to book and pay for these services.
