can you please explain what is happening and how to solve it? (blog offline, partly reappeared)

Hello, yesterday my blog was archived for a supposed violation of terms (i think it was an error as i never changed the way i use it in the last ten years); today it has partly reappeared: people can see it but I still see a blank page saying it is archived. This is for me a very important page as i keep track of all my work, can you please explain what is happening? If terms have changed ok, i’ll fix what is now wrongo or download it and move somewhere else; if it is an error, aknowledge it. But please check this out. Thank you!
