Cannot export data

    Hello, my website got suspended today, I got a notification saying I have two weeks of time to export all the data in my website in the Tools > Export section, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. It gives me an error and says to contact support, so here I am. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.
