cannot transfer in premium domains

    When I try to transfer to WordPressmy domain that I bought today from Aruba (freestylerapitaliano.it) and I try to pay the personal subscription for one year, it appears this message: “cannot transfer in premium domains”. What does it mean? What can I do to solve the problem

    Hi there!

    It’s currently not possible to transfer the domain registration of an .itdomain, but it’s possible to connect it to your WordPress.com site. We call this ‘Domain Mapping,’ and it essentially consists of:

    1.- Setting up your WordPress.com account to ‘accept’ this mapping.

    2.- Asking your domain provider to update your DNS settings (or updating it yourself in your provider settings page) in your domain set up to point the domain name to your WordPress.com site.

    3.- Wait for the change to take effect.

    Please note on WordPress.com the addition of a custom domain, be it a new domain registered with us, a domain transfer from another provider or a domain mapped to your WordPress.com site requires one of our paid plans. You can find more information here:
