Can’t access my account

    Context: We hired an advertising team for this website, and they created the web page, which has been operational for a year now. Recently, we’ve been experiencing issues with accessing the admin section of the website, and we haven’t been able to reach our advertising team yet.

    My inquiry is as follows: Does this site have some kind of blockage? We want it to be operational again so that we can manage it ourselves. We have the login credentials, but we cannot access the page. We require assistance in getting the page up and running again. We’re willing to support in any way you might need.
