can’t install new elementor pro essentials plugin

    hello !
    I’m not a new customer of WordPress. this is second experience with new domain and i’m finding a huge problem, please help!
    I’v recently bought WordPress plan for 96€ and 21,12€ Taxes, for a total of 117,12€.
    Today, since i already worked with Elementor plugin, I’ve purchased a Pro version.
    After downloading the Program i wanted to uploaded here but i cant… why ? because i have to crazily spend +240€ to unlock creator versione… excuse me but, if i would have wanted the creator version I would have bought the creator Version…. so i can’t pay more thing now and i find myself ready to open this website, but i can’t… i’d like to talk with someone who know how to fix this. thank you
