can’t receive confirmation code via SMS

  Dear WP staff,
  first of all thanks for your incredible job!
  I activated two steps authentication, I changed my phone, so I don’t have anymore the authentication app, and I don’t understand why I don’t receive the authentication code via SMS, either to access WordPress.org or to disable two step authentication. I also inserted again my mobile number and verified it. In that case I received the code. Can you help me? Can I disable once forever the two step authentication?

  scusate, ho aperto per errore questo nuovo thread, credevo stessi inviando una richiesta di assistenza email attraverso il form. Ora non riesco ad eliminare il msg.
