Can’t transfer domain away from wordpress.com

    Hi,
    I have a domain on wordpress.com but name server on another registrar. Mi plan expires in 30days so it is still active but I can’t talk with human support (THAT’S INCREDIBLE)!!!!!!!!!!
    Now, I want to transfer the domain away from wordpress.com but in my admin panel, there is no link to obtain authcode!
    Someone can help me please?
    Is there another way to contact any human over
