change of email never happened

    I asked a person to create my profile and he did through his email. Than he asked wordpress for a change of email but this never happened and now i can acceed my website, i can do it only through his personal email. Can you please help? Or maybe I can delete this page and do it again with my email? But I need to use the same name of website. Thanks
