delete domain

    Dear customer service of WordPress.com,
    I am writing on behalf of my client, which was trying to transfer the domain AXLCOACHING.COM to a new domain, but it appears now to be registered by WildWestDomain. Could you pleas clarify this? When I visit the website it appears

    ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’

    Is WildWestDomain the company you use to register the domains or is a third-party company?
