exporting blog in my personal address

  Hello, i would like to know if it’s possible to export my wordpress blog to my personale address http://www.ispirandom.it (that i already own)
  The host register.it have a wordpress module to do it, but i need the following informations:
  Domain Name: http://www.ispirandom.worpress.com
  Server Host: the ‘HOST FTP’ (your host FTP)
  Port: normally should be 21
  FTP Username: ?
  FTP Password: ?
  FTP Path:

  Can you help me with those info?
