Free version and Gdpr regulation

  Hi, I have the free version of wordpress and i’d like to know if, with this version, it’s possible to comply with Gdpr regulation. If not, which option do i have?
  Moreover, i cannot understand one point about wordpress premium. It says that i can get a free custom domain name (example.com) but then it specifies that it’s not applicable with premium. This part contradicts the sentence.
  Could you please help me?
