help restore

    my site is blocked, I can’t update the plugins and seo yoast! also, i can’t even add my site to my wordpress account anymore. the site is http://www.psicologo-roma-monteverde.it.
    I ask you to send me an email with the link to enter recovery mode so that I can try to fix the problem.
    I see this written in the plugin seo yoast:
