Help with external link error

  Hello to everyone!

  My problem is:

  On my website
  example1.com there is an external link to the website example2.com (like this
  My text
  but when I click to this link the 404 error page appears with this url: example1.com/60%60%https:/example2.com/%60%60

  What do I do wrong?
