Hide admin bar for new user

    To hide the admin bar for any user it is possible to toggle off the checkbox​ ‘toolbar’ in personal options for each user. But I’d like for all new user (in my case they are customers​ because I use woocommerce, but It is the same) the checkbox ‘toolbar’ is off by default instead of on. Is there any setting that it is possible to control this? or can use some kind of code to do this?
