how to create pages and sub-pages on my blog

  hello,i’m Sofia Ferraro, my blog is: http://www.sofiaferrarolabivsaggio.wordpress.com

  as you can se i’ve created some pages in the website to sort the articles but i can’t find the menu options anymore to include new articles in the pages!

  i don’t work with the local wordpress and mamp because is too difficult for me.. i just used the online option and theme to make the blog with the free options

  please help me i need a tidy blog for my exam!! thank you ;)
