How to drive out a post via FTP?

    Hi guys,
    a friend of mine renewed his website from the very beginning without backing it up. I was guessing to drive out some posts via ftp, but I have no idea where or if there’s a post folder.
    Why am I asking this? Because I want to restore just a couple of posts, not the whole package. Is that possible?
