How to see stats? (and suggestion for growth)

    Good evening
    I am trying to find stats of my blog’s competitors, but I can’t find them anywhere, nor on their blog nor in my stats. How can I find it?

    I also want to explain what I am needing, just in case you can help me at the root: I am not sure my blog is going well.
    I don’t know if after a month and 2 weeks, 215 views and 155 visitors is a good stat.
    ALso I don’t know how to stimulate people to comment and interact: I’ve tried to find something online but I diligently do almost everything I can do. Aside for putting phots (which I’m still considering) and write less, I dunno what else I could do!

    BTW: I still don’t have a Premium account, so I don’t know about the plugin part.
